Tony Foster

Tony is a multi-disciplined engineer with expertise in electrical, electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic disciplines. He brings extensive offshore and subsea experience, having initially developed his technical capabilities while representing Liebherr in offshore environments. With over 27 years of experience in the underwater construction and offshore industry, Tony has worked extensively with multiple ROV systems onboard heavy construction vessels, serving in supervisory and superintendent capacities. He has been actively involved in the construction and delivery of deepwater construction vessels and complex offshore assets supporting major subsea projects. 

He later advanced in his career as the Senior Offshore Construction Manager at TechnipFMC, where he led the execution of major EPIC (Engineering, Procurement, Installation, and Commissioning) projects globally for several international oil and gas operators. 

Tony is currently the Director of Operations at Marine Platforms Limited, where he oversees operational strategy, project execution, and offshore delivery performance. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and efficient delivery of complex offshore projects across the organization’s portfolio.
